We are a manufacturer with more than 20 years of experience in skincare production, with high standards of specialization and strict production processes to provide customers with high quality products.
Before proceeding with production, we will confirm with the customer on the appearance of the product and the formula to ensure correct production.
We will use separate proofing emulsion tanks to make a pre-production sample for testing before producing big goods, after passing the test, we will formally produce big goods according to the sample.
For all kinds of raw materials needed for production, we will strictly follow the production standards to check each one, and we will only use them for production after passing the inspection.
Whether the packages are provided by our customers or purchased by us, we will strictly check the size, weight, matching, sealing, etc. to ensure that the packages are qualified.After passing the inspection, our packages will be sent to the extermination room for sterilization.
We have advanced and highly productive emulsifying equipment. After the raw materials are tested and qualified, we will put the raw materials into the emulsifying machine for emulsification.
After our material is processed, we place our material into our fully automated canning machine for filling, which cleanly, efficiently and accurately cans our material.
After canning our material, our production line transports the product to our capping machine for lid assembly, which is fully automatic and efficient.
After assembling the lid, our product will pass through the production line into our labeling machine for fully automatic labeling.
The outer box is also an important part of our products. After production on our side, the products are transported to our outer packaging area where the products are packed in colorful boxes.
When the production of our products is completed, we will take samples of the product for outsourcing inspection, physical and chemical testing and microbiological testing, after passing the inspection, the inspection report.
After the finished product is tested and qualified, the product will be sent to our crating line for logistic packing and packaging, and only after the packing is completed will it be sent to our specialized humidity and temperature controlled warehouse for storage.
